30 days or 12 months against the period before, your most popular profiles, which route visitors take to reach you (search engine, social network, referring site or direct), whether they are on a phone, a tablet or a computer, and the spread across weekdays and hours – you see when your venue is really being looked for. Of the device, only that one word is stored, never the browser identifier itself. A country is deliberately not determined: that would take a geo-IP database or an outside service, and your site makes no external request at all. Only genuine page views are counted: bots, admin access and the browser’s own file requests stay out.

Short videos per profile
A few seconds of moving image say more than ten photos. Every clip is re-encoded on upload: the watermark is burned in, all metadata (location, device, time of recording) is stripped, and the audio track is removed by default – a voice identifies a person. This one feature needs a server of its own; on plain web hosting the system accepts no video at all rather than storing one unprotected.

Settings & opening hours
Name, address, opening hours for each weekday, watermark, mail sending and retention periods are yours to edit in the portal – no technician, no configuration file. A closure reaches through into the opening hours: the affected days appear struck through, and “open now” shows up nowhere while it lasts.

Service catalogue
A catalogue of your own – category, service, description – and on each profile you tick what she offers. Import and export as CSV for Excel. Nothing appears publicly unless you release it for that profile: the switch is off out of the box, because this is a special category of personal data.

Notice when someone new arrives
Guests leave their e-mail address and hear about new arrivals – with a confirmation click (double opt-in) and an unsubscribe link in every message. Switched off out of the box: if you do not want it, no form appears on any page.

When we say delete, we mean delete
Delete a person and they are gone everywhere: out of the logs, out of the statistics, out of the room bookings. Many systems quietly keep a copy in the change log. Here, measurements, descriptions and contact details never reach it in the first place. On top of that, anything no longer needed expires by itself after a period you set. It is not a setting you can forget about – it runs on its own.

HausPilot needs no expensive server of its own. It runs on ordinary, cheap web hosting; a standard plan for a few euros a month is enough. No IT department, no server maintenance.

Every new feature, every improvement and every security fix is covered by the monthly price – no surcharge, no update fee, no new contract. That includes what did not exist when you signed: videos, the service catalogue and the settings in the portal all arrived after launch.
