This page advertises HausPilot. It collects as little as possible – and what it does collect is set out here in full.
What is always counted (without consent)
Every page view is stored as one row: the path requested, the language, the referring site and the time. That row contains no identifier and no IP address. It cannot be traced back to a person.
One cookie that is always set
Exactly one: the session cookie “hp_sid”. It holds a random number, protects the forms against misuse from other sites (CSRF), remembers the language you chose and — if you send an enquiry — which channel you arrived through. It is not stored in the visit rows, cannot be read by any script and expires as soon as you close the browser. Without it no form could be submitted safely, so it is strictly necessary and does not require consent.
What is only measured with your consent
After a click on “Accept” we set two identifiers: a lasting one for the browser and one for the current session. This lets us see whether someone returns, how long they stay, which sections they read and how far they scroll. Both are random numbers with no link to you as a person.
Enquiries via the form
Name, company, e-mail, phone number and message are stored so that we can answer, and optionally forwarded to us by e-mail. The IP address is stored in shortened form (IPv4 without the last field, IPv6 only the provider part).
Orders
When you place an order we store the company, contact person, billing address, VAT ID, contact details and the scope ordered. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). These data are accounting records and are kept for 7 years (§ 132 BAO, Austria) — unlike enquiries, which are deleted after one year.
For how long
Enquiries 365 days, visit counts 365 days, and the identifiers within them only 90 days. After that they are deleted without anyone having to act.
Third parties
None. No fonts from other servers, no analytics service, no advertising network, no content delivery network. Everything this page loads sits on the same server.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. An informal e-mail is enough. You can withdraw your consent to measurement at any time – at the bottom of this page.
